Micaela Badot-Fisher

Micaela Badot-Fisher (she/her/hers), is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) after earning her Master of Social Work from Simmons University in 2025. She has experience providing outpatient therapy to a diverse range of adults and couples navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges.

Micaela’s approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with a focus on honoring each person’s resilience and the unique experiences that have shaped them. She believes therapy is a collaborative process where the client's lived experiences guide the development of meaningful goals and the steps needed to reach them. Micaela utilizes a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic theory to tailor care to the client's needs.

Therapy can be a powerful space for growth and healing. Micaela hopes to create a grounding, supportive environment where we can explore what is most important to you, without shame or judgment. Her work is rooted in values of dignity, anti-oppression, and authenticity, and strives to meet each client with care, curiosity, and respect.
