Linzee Tracey, LCSW
Life can be challenging, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with children, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and many other difficulties. Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is that you'll find a space where you feel safe, accepted, and truly heard.
I believe that healing begins with a trusting relationship. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. Together, we'll explore what you're experiencing, celebrate your strengths, and work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches. With specialized training in trauma, I strive to help clients feel empowered, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I truly admire the courage it takes to begin this journey. Whether you're facing a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, empathy, and respect.
You deserve to feel supported, understood, and hopeful. I would be honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
