Amy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who holds dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Education. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Amy has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples across a wide range of clinical, educational, and community-based settings.
Amy provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with specialized experience in crisis intervention, executive coaching, career counseling, and post-secondary planning. She also works with same-sex couples and individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, addiction, and complex mental health concerns.
Amy believes that every individual deserves a safe, compassionate, and healing environment in which to process life’s challenges and work toward meaningful personal growth. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and holistic, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each client.

Throughout her career, Amy has worked extensively in community mental health, public education, and private practice settings. Her professional background includes community outreach, child and family mental health services, addiction and trauma treatment, as well as educational and career planning. She is also highly knowledgeable in educational law, learning and behavioral disorders, and the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.
Amy is passionate about helping clients bridge the connection between emotional and physical well-being in order to promote lasting healing and overall wellness. She believes individuals possess the inherent capacity for growth and recovery, and she is committed to helping clients uncover their strengths while navigating difficult life transitions and personal challenges.
